Cancellation Policy
We require that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling after the 24 hour period will result in being charged a fee of 50% of your scheduled services.

BALAYAGE
Hand-painted highlights that typically create a "lived in" look. Highlights placed exactly where you want them. Includes blonding service, toner, olaplex treatment, shampoo, and blowdry.

SPECIALTY COLOR SERVICES
These services require a consultation before booking as well as a 25% deposit (goes toward service) that will not be refunded if appointment is completely cancelled. Price quote will be given at end of the consultation.

Color Correction: Any service that requires fixing or repairing the unwanted results during a hair color process.

Fashion Color: Any service that involves non-traditional color options (blues, greens, pink, purple, etc.)

All Over Bleach and Tone/Platinum Card: First time, all over lightening either with or without foils.

These services vary from guest to guest so to insure we accurately price every one, these services are based on the artist's time and the product used.

Additional product charges will be added for hair length and density
